The Bejesus Belt

tighten up Christ on Parade Blister

Christ on Parade

I joined the band after Mike, the original rhythm guitarist, left in the summer of 1986. I was in the band until we broke up in 1989 and was not involved in the 2007 reunion tour. The music below is all either stuff I helped write or played on, not as a vanity project but just to not step on any toes. This is not meant to be a comprehensive collection of C.O.P. stuff. If you have anything you think belongs here, please send me an email

Blister

Sometime after C.O.P. broke up, Noah formed a new band and invited me to play second guitar (thanks Noah, you are awesome). Most of us lived in San Francisco at that time and shared a practice space on Turk near Mason (across from the former Sound of Music I believe) that we shared with the Ramonas (only met them once I think). We played all over the Bay Area and did one Western States tour that took us to Texas, Utah, Washington, and Oregon as well as Southern California, all under the management of the inimitable Kevin Wortis.
